Gather with us

Women have always gathered together to share the songs and stories in their hearts.
This time around the fire is for listening, remembering and connecting to each other in the context of the changing seasons - of the land and our bodies.

We use the Celtic wheel of the year and a corresponding map of thirteen core women’s archetypes to guide us as we travel through the seasons.

Offering stories and songs carried in the oral tradition of the British Isles and Ireland, along with original creations, selected monthly, we facilitate personal reflection and community sharing.
We hold a safe container, crafted for deep connection.

Throughout the year we follow both seasonal lore and that related to thirteen core women’s archetypes - one map for understanding the multitude of ways we can all express our womanhood.

These archetypes, organized developmentally from birth to death, include discussion women’s blood rites: menses, first sex, child birth and death, menopause and death.

This monthly circle is an introduction to these rites, not a ceremonial practice

The thirteenth, always present at the center of the wheel is The Transformer, the Divine Feminine in her most primal, undifferentiated, from. This is the place of deep personal re-birthing. The place where nothing makes sense and we feel lost, confused, stunned, grief-torn, and overwhelmed. This one is always present.
